Jake's Gift is the award-winning Canadian play about a Second World War veteran's journey back to Juno Beach for the 60th Anniversary of D-Day. While there, Jake meets Isabelle, a precocious 10-year-old from the local village, whose inquisitive nature and irresistible charm challenge the old soldier to confront long-ignored ghosts. At its heart, Jake's Gift is about the importance of remembrance and makes personal the story behind one soldier's grave.
